K-line diagnostics workspace

This repository contains original diagnostic software and development tools. It happens to be stored inside a local VAG-COM installation. The original Windows executables, codes.dat, Labels, logs, and other installation files are excluded from Git and are not distributed as part of this project.

  • kline-c: portable C99 K-line protocol and decoder library, MCU adapters, optional data import tools, tests, and hardware documentation.

  • helldiag: Linux C desktop application using raylib/raygui, USB KKL diagnostics, CSV logging, live graphs and log replay.

  • Catalog recovery: REA-method investigation, a C decoder, isolated Wine capture utility and original-x86 verification oracle.

Build outputs and generated or decoded local catalogs stay untracked. Source, documentation, build recipes, tests, and dependency license notices are tracked.
